Chicago Tribune Personal injury lawyers today filed the first lawsuits stemming from the CTA Blue Line subway fire and said their clients’ damages may be greater than normal due to initial fears that the accident was a terrorist attack.
Frigging lawyers. Trying to increase their contingency fees by introducing something that the defendants had nothing to do with. If they pull this off (the additional damages), our legal system sinks a few additional feet into the septic tank.
